Introduction

INTRODUCTION

The “Competency-Based Management” is a strategic approach to developing and managing an organization`s workforce, makes it possible for employers to select the best possible candidates for each position.

This GLOMACS Competency Based Management training course aims to equips managers and HR professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to implement a competency-based management (CBM) system within their organizations. Training Methodology

This Competency - Based Management training course will utilize a variety of proven adult learning techniques to ensure maximum understanding, comprehension and retention of the information presented. There will also be presentations from and facilitated discussions with the course leader who is an HR professional and has significant years of experience of designing and using competencies in a range of applications.
